With zig-zagging lines that connect Eagan to both its Irish roots in Tipperary, and Indigenous settlements at Black Dog Village, this design suggests not just the town's heritage, but also its vibrant neighborhoods and lush, green parklands, on the banks of a bending Minnesota River.
